Texas Indigent Healthcare Association Joins TEHP Efforts to Unfreeze Federal Funding for Texas’ Hospital Safety Net

“In TIHCA’s letter to CMS, program director, Windy Johnson, points out that Texas’ “indigent care programs rely on the viability of our local safety net hospitals.
